was born in 1967
at La Garenne-Colombes,
in Parisian suburb, France.
Studies of Litterature and philosophy,
then National School of Arts.
Illustrator (Press and magazines), publicity agent - and bad trumpet player like his hero of The Imposters... -, he traveled a lot and remained in Africa,
animating drawing workshops in Arts Schools or the French Alliances of about fifteen countries of the continent.
This experiment will be an inspiration for his first professional publication in comic strip, ten years ago :
les aventures d'Arthur Blanc-Nègre, two albums published by Dargaud on a scenario of Sallé.
Until then, he creates alone the scenario and the drawing of his following books :
two other albums with Dargaud (
Haëllifa and Harmattan, le vent des fous). After that, two titles are published by the independent editor Treize Etrange, Le café du voyageur and Le troisième thé (the coffee of the traveller and the third tea).
Les Imposteurs (The Impostors) is his first contribution to the catalogue of Casterman.
